Joe's main motivation in life is to provide for and protect his family. He has always been fiercely loyal to his loved ones and will do anything to ensure their well-being. As the patriarch of the Pechi family, his goal is to keep the family united and strong, passing down his values and traditions to future generations.

Joe is married to his high school sweetheart, Lily, and they have been together for over 50 years. They have four children and numerous grandchildren who all look up to Joe as the head of the family. Despite his tough exterior, Joe is a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and his family means everything to him.
